We ensure that we are fully accountable to our clients by maintaining documented records for the provision of all services and ensure that all our business relationships are founded on a mutually respectful and ethical foundation.

The Principal of Digital Impressions leads by example and reinforces conduct amongst employees that include:

• Honesty and integrity
• Act with care and diligence
• Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and without harassment
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given by persons who have the authority to give the direction
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality about dealings that the employee has with any client or member of staff
• Disclose and take reasonable steps to avoid any conflict of interest (real or apparent)
• Use Commonwealth and other resources in a proper manner
• Not provide false or misleading information in response to a request for information
