As a technology and creative company, we believe that freedom of expression, encouraging creativity and instilling happiness at every stage of work are our key factors for success. We are a flat organization, and do not believe in assigning work, we are very transparent and I believe this is extremely important, as it will help the employees communicate/express without hesitation. We conducted a Happiness survey encompassing questions on how HAPPINESS influences an employee in our organization, their thoughts on freedom of work, understanding their rapport with peers and such other questions. The results were truly inciting indeed.

As mentioned earlier “Happiness is a state of mind” , our employees believe that “your thoughts reflect your quality of work”. Spending almost 9 hours of our precious time at a workplace can get frustrating.
